# Sender of Record

> Who appears as the sender on the recipient's bank statement

Every off-ramp lands on the recipient's bank statement under a sender name. On rails where Lumx supports named accounts, the sender shown is the customer: the legal name registered during KYC/KYB. On rails where named accounts aren't supported yet, the sender shown is either Lumx or our banking partner's name.
